High Pressure Diesel Injection Lines

Diesel common rail systems operate at very high pressures. Senior's fuel lines, in addition to its common rail solutions, ensure the efficient transfer of fuel between a high-pressure diesel pump/common rail and the diesel injectors.

Specific design features such as shape of the sealing surface, alignment sleeves, and bends, as well as the clipping (type / position), guarantee quality and performance. Numerous high-strength steel grades are available for maximum durability along with a large variety of tube diameters and wall thicknesses to meet any designers' needs. Equal length tubes are designed for optimum tuning. Autofrettage process is also available for high pressure pulsation fatigue resistance. Zinc over chromate finish for corrosion protection (alternative finishes available). Plastic / steel clips reduce vibration and align tubes for proper fit-up and orientation.
