Senior specialises in the design of custom engineered expansion joints for critical service environments such as high pressure heat exchangers, high temperature steam, hydrocarbon vapor and cryogenic applications such as Liquefied Natural Gas.

Our expansion joints are routinely used in petrochemical facilities for the production of styrene, gasoline and industrial chemicals. In power generating facilities expansion joints are used in large steam lines, ducting integral to the steam turbines and flue gas ducting. By using high strength corrosion resistant materials and proven design methods Senior produces expansion joints that have long service life in very difficult operating conditions.
