Senior Aerospace fabricates engine sub-assemblies by integration of complex sheet metal forming, joining and machining techniques, whilst employing continuous design methods and lean-manufacturing processes to reduce costs.

The significant range of systems and products manufactured by Senior Aerospace include: precision fabricated-machined manifolds to bleed or distribute engine air; complex bearing support and exhaust frames; internal engine ducts which are machined & balanced for high speed rotation, these ducts provide cooling capability, while structurally supporting rotating turbine blades; welded INCO 718 cast and formed sheetmetal parts (used in the hot exhaust engine section); complex exhaust duct structures used to duct engine exhaust, while providing cooling, IR suppression and noise abatement; engine and APU inlet and exhaust duct systems designed, qualified and manufactured integrating control and acutation functions.
