Bird Bellows is a leading designer and manufacturer of precision engineered metallic bellows, flexible joints and duct components for aircraft ducting systems and engine applications.
The types of flexible joint manufactured include gimbals, vibreakers, pressure balance units, build tolerance compensators, and ball joints using titanium, nickel alloys, and CRES. Established products range in size from general aviation applications up to the largest units required for the Airbus A380. Manufacturing processes include the hot forming of high strength alloys for cost effective manufacture of light weight high integrity components.
